The Bellinos Send Cease and Desist Letter to 'In Touch' For Saying They're Broke

#LessMoneyMoreProblems

If we know one thing a housewife doesn't like, it's someone exposing that their life is not as glamorous as Bravo portrays it to be.

Jim and Alexis Bellino have reluctantly admitted to having money troubles in the past, but they recently lawyered up against In Touch magazine demanding that the mag retract the story it ran on the Bellinos going broke.

In Touch ran the story earlier this money with Alexis on the cover with the caption "Bankrupt!". According to TMZ, inside the magazine, the articles reads, "Bankrupt! Evicted! Foreclosed! Housewives Are Going Broke". It continues, "After selling off her home at a fraction of its cost to avoid foreclosure, Alexis Bellino still refuses to admit she and her husband ... have money troubles."

Alexis' lawyer denies any such occurences, which seems a bit strange given the way their financial situation has been documented.  The lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to In Touch demanding that it retract it's "patent, malicious, and libelous comments." The letter claims Alexis is "in great financial health" and she'll sue if there is no retraction.
